Cheesy Potato Quesadilla Roll-ups Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
4 medium soft flour tortillas
2 tbsp. oil for frying

Add chives, pepper, smoked paprika and a dahs of cumin. Add sour cream. Line quesadilla with cheese, heat cheese and then add potatoes. Dip in ketchup.
