Super helpful info. My lower back hurts (I have an office job) and I never thought about it being my hips. These have always been some of my favorite poses - makes sense why! Each one of these poses hurts - but in a good way. And I could literally live in pigeon pose 😂Thanks!

I like doing these moves especially after an intense lower body day, or when I’m on my period. I especially love a reclining butterfly pose!

When I do the low lunge stretch, I don't really feel it in my back leg, I feel it more in the bent front leg. Is that normal?

Thats all to do? Rounding my lowerback is just way more comfortable for breathing for me. Gotta work on it.
