Wild tiger in China knocks down villager, attacks car

A male wild tiger was found in a village in northeastern China’s Heilongjiang province. It was filmed walking in a farm and knocking down a woman, who was saved by a passing motorist. The tiger was later caught and taken to a local tiger zoo for check-ups.

Damm that villager was lucky. Being charged by tiger must be a frightening experience. It's not like they could have outrun it either.

The guy who drove the vehicle towards the knocked down woman and helped her into the car was commended for saving the woman and given a 20K yuan reward (about 3 000 dollars)

If the tiger had any intentions of harming anyone, I think it's safe to say it would do so easily. Since it didn't harm the villager, I'm pretty sure he just wanted to escape and run away. The tiger is also scared. It wants to go home. Please release it into the wild.

How frightened the tiger must have felt to be so confused. I was afraid it was going to be taken down but so relieved it was only shot by tranquilizer to be taken away instead.

It's an Amur wild Tiger . Very rare to spot in the wild .Biggest size Tigers to roam the earth. Only few left in China & Russia 🇨🇳 .it's a miracle that lady walked away from this Killing machine 😕

That’s what I called a friendly tiger, it could have done a lot of damage. Didn’t even harm that lady in the field. Must likely was super scared of not having a territory.

One should know how strong a single strike of a Tiger can be!!! The Glass broke not from the middle but from the bottom which only indicates the brute strength of the Tiger...

I'm relieved no one was killed in the whole process. The lady and tiger are both fortunate to still be alive. I was thinking the lady would've gotten mauled by the tiger or the tiger would've been shot and killed by the locals.
