Biden Leads Trump in Poll on 2024 Matchup

President Joe Biden leads Republican frontrunner Donald Trump in a hypothetical 2024 general election matchup, according to a new poll, but trails likely GOP contender Ron DeSantis. The poll is from Quinnipiac University. Jim Kessler of Third Way and Lisa Camooso Miller of Reset Public Affairs weigh in.

I have met people who voted for him, and they are pretty disillusioned with him.

You'll note Bloomberg did not include the name of the Quinnipiac poll nor the date -- I had to go dig it out.

Here is the breakdown: 1, 795 U.S. adults nationwide were surveyed from March 9th - 13th with a margin of error of +/- 2.3 percentage points. Of the 1, 795 persons, 677 were Republican and Republican leaning (37%), the rest were Democratic and Democratic leaning or Independent.

My point, don't trust news organizations. My guess is Bloomberg purposely did not show the name or date of the polling data.
