This is an excellent movie.
As a doctor I try to believe my patients as much as possible until there is no logical way to do so.
Because imagine that Nash actually saw all these things and the government was trying to hide it.. that would be so cruel

I googled "inspirational movies" and this movie was in the top list, and as I had already seen "A beautiful Young Mind" I thought this movie would be a sort of same thing, glad to have witnessed something beautiful that I can truly sense the essence of such deep meaningful sentences and dialogues. Loved it honestly!

Awesome Movie. It made me understand my wife and all. I was blaming for many things and was unhappy but now I am understanding her and supporting her and making lives a happy life. It impacts on our children too. Great.

This movie is everything ... how is it beautiful that Alicia did not give up on him and supported him for their love. I think in case a woman is the one who is suffering from an illness we will possibly see the man stepping back and walking away..Just maybe.
It is hard to see such a faithful both a man and a women anyway

Schizophrenia is no joke! My mother in law has it. One time she went to the hospital because she was bleeding and figured out she accidentally overdosed on asprin. The bleeding caused all of medications to not be as effective because they had not had the time to be fully absorbed. They stopped the bleeding and was discharged later that day. Well her body didnt absorb her psych meds or her seizure meds so she had a seizure. We gave her lorazepam which stopped the seizure and somehow her medication schedule got mixed up and she started not sleeping and talking nonsense and we figured out she was hallucinating. My husband and i slept in shifts and we called his Aunt who is a retired RN and she helped us out with her medications. Schizophrenica is a difficult illness to say the least!

John Nash won nobel and abel both. Winner of 4 academy awards in2001 including best picture. Ron Howard made history. Only mad guy dislike this film. They have no idea of what is a classic film.
