Hi - what you're saying is really useful, but trying to concentrate while also listening to pointless American Wrestlemania-style rock music at the same time is extremely hard work!

A an older adult and trying to learn something new, the volume of the music is way too high. It over rides some of the verbal instruction. Please tone it down. I will need to watch this several times unless I can find a video that goes at a slower pace. Between trying to absorb a new technique and the music, I feel tense!

Great video. I can slow the video down in settings but why cant you go slower ?
Also you do not need any music. Why do you even put it on? It takes away from the video production quality.

David - Everything seems to be set up okay, and the audio all works okay. My problem is the display of myself gives a black screen. If I change screen size or otherwise change the display, I can momentarily see my image and then it goes to a black screen again. What is causing this? Do I have something set wrong on my laptop?
