Now there are 2 ways of using the Zoom app.

► Join a Zoom meeting

► Host a Zoom meeting

How to join a Zoom meeting on the computer.
Now, let’s say you’ve received an invitation to join a meeting.
If you don’t have a Zoom app installed on your device
Click on the meeting link, & it will install the app, and you can join the meeting instantly.
Now, if you just have the meeting ID and password,
Click ‘join’ and then enter the meeting ID and password.

Now, to join in a meeting and to hear the audio or to speak in the meeting,
You need to click ‘join with computer audio’.
Once you’ve joined the meeting you can mute/unmute your mic, turn on/off your video and also chat with other participants in private or in a group.

How to host a Zoom meeting.
To host a Zoom meeting, first you need to sign in. You can use Google sign in.
You can see you have 2 types of meeting you can host.

► Instant meeting.

► Schedule meeting.

How an instant meeting works.
Open zoom and click ‘New meeting’.
And you can see your meeting will start, and you can invite others to your meeting.

How a schedule meeting works.
Click ‘schedule’ in the Zoom app, enter the meeting name, start time and date.
And click ‘schedule’ and your meeting will be scheduled.
Now you can invite others to the scheduled meeting through email, messenger, whatsapp.
You can also follow the same process to use the zoom app on mobile.
