I want to design my own insert card in the app with the correct dimensions. It’s frustrating that doing it isn’t easily an option. I hope future improvements to the app make it easier to achieve the card sizing and printing. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Did anyone ever have an issue with the Design Space not having other material size options for the card mat? It won't work on my computer (even though it DOES connect to the joy) and the one I got to work on my phone I basically have to Save As and design from scratch. It's extremely frustrating and support doesn't know how to help

I would love to have this (I have owned every Cricut since the 1st one including the Cricut Cake and the wasteful Cricut Imagine) However, it is ridiculously overpriced.$100 tops... but it’s $180. 🤯 and as we know Cricut Items are never on sale and even if there was a sale - It’s normally at Michaels with buy one get one 25% or 50% off if your lucky. Meaning your going to still pay $180 for this overpriced item & that sucks because I would Love to have it but not at $180

What cartridge do you use. I type in Cricut joy and cards that don’t work with the joy come up!! Totally frustrating. I want to use it but can’t find what I want in design space!!! 1 star for help as well cant find anything that says where to find the images. I do not want to scroll forever to find what I want. I feel if I want a “Cricut joy thank you card” I should get one, no I get Cricut dude, thank you cards (sorry that doesn’t work with the machine you have chosen.) I am about to put it all back in a box and send it back to HSN!!
