How did Jesus abolish death for us? How do we grow from faith to faith and from glory to glory?

Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.
2 Timothy 1:10 but hath now been manifested by the appearing of our Saviour Christ Jesus, who abolished death, and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.
1 Corinthians 15:55 “Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?”
It is clear through the scriptures that Jesus abolished death! The question is, how do we enter into these promises? If you completely escape the curse of the law that Jesus paid for, you will not die!
The first thing God has to do is restore this doctrine because unless you know what to believe, you can't have faith for it. The scriptures teach that Jesus abolished death, and you don't have to die; you might die, but you don't have too!
Our Christian walk is a walk of death to self. Matthew 16:25 For whosoever would save his life shall lose it: and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake shall find it.
The Bible teaches that we are receiving resurrection life here and now as we walk in faith and obedience to the word in putting the old fleshly nature to death! This is the process of overcoming death!
1 Corinthians 15:53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
Romans 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof.
We want to be putting on our new immortal bodies now while we still have this old body!
Our new bodies are made up of our works. Everyone is not going to have the same body, because the bible teaches that there are different glories and different bodies.
1 Corinthians 15:40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
2 Corinthians 3:18 But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit.
So by our good works (through faith in God's word), we are putting on the Lord Jesus Christ, and our new bodies, which are our garments of Glory! In this way we are growing from glory to glory.
