I'm in the process of selling an auction fixer for around 50k profit. Already in escrow, no work performed. Any thoughts on avoiding/minimizing capital gain taxes as you buy these homes and flip them? I know your not a tax preparer, I'm just interested in hearing fellow RE investor thoughts.

If that slider wall is non bearing (gable) push the bedroom back toward the window for the larger bedroom to have access to the window and leave the closet as is. The adu would be the optional office space. Bigger bedroom wins in my opinion!

Straight up daisy chain who wants to deal with all those people on a house. If his numbers are correct he will make no money after all costs are paid off.
