Nice, in depth review of system. Would have appreciated this being split into TWO videos, one for photographers and one for videographers. As it is, this was a "review" focused on video. Would have been better with one dedicated to photography first, then video for those who care deeply about using it to make YouTube videos...

While impressive specs, I am having trouble figuring out why Sigma went away from Foveon, which is what drew me to Sigma digital in the first place. I own several Sigma Foveon cameras...not sure I want to go to a camera that has the same sensor as all the other makers Sigma has been trying to separate from.

Hmmmm ? 61 Megapixel sensor ? No 6K or 8K resolutions ? Future feature unlocked via firmware update ? Sensor is large enough for higher than 4K DCI resolutions.

It seems interesting but that attachable EVF and huge lenses in the 1.4 range just make it clunky and no smaller for me personally to leave m4/3. Oh and no ibis!

1. Is it sufficiently better than the FP that it's worth getting, if you have the FP? 2. The original FP does so much focus hunting that I have to turn off Autofocus to get useable video, even for subjects standing still. Have they fixed the hunting issue with the FPL?

Still no log mode? If not then that is the biggest disappointment, and ends my interest in this camera. Why bother with raw video if they're going to neuter the dynamic range.
