Well hell, I guess I'm gonna have to break down and read Swan Song. The Stand was and is one of the greatest books ever. If Swan Song beats out The Stand, well, geez. Guess I better read it.

Swan Song is amazing, great choice for best. And if you haven't read him, there's so much more McCammon to discover! You should try The Wolf's Hour--a werewolf fighting the German soldiers in WW2. Great video!

Great vid as usual Zack. I'm going to have to check out Swan Song soon because I know you've been raving about it for a while now. Although it's not a very long book, The Silence by Tim Lebbon was a great post apocalyptic novel. I read it last year and it was very similar to the movie A Quiet Place

Nora Roberts does a post-apoc trilogy called “The Chronicles of the One” which gets compared to “The Stand.” I just got the third book in the mail yesterday 😷💀 #thedoom

I haven't read any of these yet but I've had my eye on The Stand and Wanderers. These really are some chunky books though haha
