Legally, if you do not consent to the frisk whether verbally or non verbally any evidence found is inadmissible in the court of law. Now although this is a right, there's a fine line that will determine if an officer decision to continue with the frisk is legal such as your behavior leading up to the reasonable suspicion an office had for stopping you in the first place and your level of verbal aggression or evasivness during the stop.

While frisking an officer is limited to a pat of the outer clothing in which if he feels something soft he has no legal grounds to proceed with a search unless he has already felt a hard object that may be used as a weapon.

Why would police read you your Miranda rights if you're being stopped? It's not required. You can deny a search, but if there is reasonable suspicion you can't say no. Also it's not under the rules of the fourth amendment. 
So if in this video your using the term search for a "Terry stop" then half this information is wrong.

If it's search in the concept of going through your car or pockets then it would be correct.
