People don’t appreciate how legendary & tough all that Obi-wan did was. Watched his master get killed in front of him. His last words were to train the chosen one. Training him when he was barely a knight himself on a council that didn’t want anything to do with the kid. Failed him, because obviously. He had to fight his best friend to the death. Won. Cut off all his friends remaining limbs. Watched him burn alive. & Left him for dead. Only to then to have to train his son to kill him. & Then you have scenes like where he has to describe to his enemy/best friend’s son what happened to his father. I mean how you could you EVER explain that to a child. Obi-wan did MORE than the best he could with the hand he was dealt. Legendary character. Deserves immense credit.
