Someone told me two bits is more advanced, especially used in dressage. Im thinking... Okay. So your horse is advanced in their training, so you double the pain?? Its idiotic. If your horse is that well trained, use a bitless bridle. oml.

I used the double reihns once during a lesson. They were so confusing i never wanted to use them again. After seeing videos like this i want to encourage people to take all double reihns and burn them.

It's crazy how people can do this to horses. Restrict their heads, spur them in the ribs, put METAL IN THEIR MOUTHS

I think the ride handled it well. He had to keep the horse there in place without making a fuss. It was a difficult situation.

I just been to the dentist. All the bit talk and pain as leverage is bringing the pain back from being at the dentist.

Yeah this horse looks frustrated and wanted to be with the others. He also looks ungelded as well.

Everytime I see a horse with a bit in his mouth I think about the pain the horse is going through and even the slightest of movement could really hurt a horse

Yeah, I stopped watching Brit horse videos a good while back. After being with Rick and you all a good year now, I can't watch a good percentage of horsey videos on YouTube. I end up in tears and or severely angry. I come here to relieve stress = )

I think I've seen that kind of bit before. It is a harsh bit not only are there two bits, but also a curb chain for added leverage. Poor boy all he wants is to go with the rest of the herd as his instincts tell him he has to do. In the wild, a lone horse is an easy target to be preyed on.

I seen a quick area where the horse could've been rewarded with a loose reins. For a second the horse put his head down and settled down for a second. I would've released the reins to give him his head and maybe he would've got the clue that if I relax and put my head down, i'll get less pain and pulling. Either way I hate seeing all those dams leather straps and 2 bits in the mouth and tight reigns. I don't like it.

A lot of these fancy royalty displays use stallions by tradition. It wouldn't surprise me if every one of those horses was intact.

People who haven’t seen the size port on these bits have no clue. All the royal horses tack is for show. Zero excuse to be to cruel. Too many People want dulled down robotic horses that only do what their told. Their not allowed to be a horse-Have horsey fears, worries, frustration or any natural behaviour when being handled or ridden otherwise their labelled naughty, disrespectful, untrained or nasty / dangerous. It pisses me off the false humanisation opinions of horse behaviour.
I like this horsey nothing wrong to be seen here other than the bs the horse has to put up with. The idiots will be saying this is why you shouldn’t use Stallions 🙄. Every thing about these horses way of life couldn’t be much more unnatural. Endless standing, long periods between food. Never turned out. Stood in a stable or on duty. Only exercise they get is being schooled in an indoor arena. Very long boring routines for these horses. But they have big fluffy beds and heated stables ( in the uk) so their well cared for 🤬
