Lancer? Gone. Celica? Gone. WRX STI? Gone. Lancia making good shit? Gone.
Wow this millennium has been harsh to rally legends.

If we go electric in the future, I’ll still be modifying my cars an bootlegging gasoline 😂

As a gen z who owns an sti, Im legitimately sad that the sti is going away. It’s such an amazing car that’s not just fun to drive in a straight line. I do have to see that it’s way more profitable to go electric however. I can only hope that the legacy of sti is genuinely carried on in the future instead of the bs Mitsubishi gave us when they said the legacy of the evo would live on in their future cars. I don’t want the sti name to be relegated to a cvt shift knob cover.

I have a 2020 wrx(not sti) and this car gets more compliments and people walking up to me asking about it then a bright blue scatpack charger! Subaru is still loved by the younger generations!

Other than a 911 Turbo, the WRX STI is one of fastest, best handling cars I've ever driven and, in my opinion, it's a big mistake for Subaru not to make a new one

The way car culture lives on is by keeping the old cars running and out there for everyone to see.. I love my 07 STI I wouldn’t ever give up on it ..

We’ve just got to keep them alive it’s not straight line it’s the cornering and grip and the feel of the steering symmetrical four wheel drive and don’t forget the The flat for sound love them Modern cars just don’t put a smile on your face anymore

My uncle own a blob-eye STI (complete with Subaru Rally livery) and LanEvo 8 (in gloss white) and still drive both of them to this day. Both cars have their own pros and cons but my uncle love the STI more. Meanwhile I've also driven both of them but I prefer the LanEvo more hoping that I could buy it from him in a few years and keep it as it is (and of course drive it as my daily).

If there will be a resurgence going on, I'm definitely in. I'd say, save enthusiast cars. They can't take them from us after we learned to love and understand their complex parts.

I own a 2007 hawkeye sti, I had owned it for 5 minutes before a man in his 60s came over telling me what an amazing it was and how much he loved them when he was younger, its a shame that younger people won't get to see new cars like these again

I think once all the evil old people that's currently calling all the shots, are gone we'll have more options for fuel like bio fuels, synthetic fuels, and I think Hydrogen power will also become more popular and there will be a resurgence with the internal combustion engine, and that's when we'll see more fun vehicles from Subaru. Electric is just one lane but I think the future has room for many different lanes.

Great video-I track my 17 Subi and love it but have a deposit on a GR Corolla….so disappointed with Subaru but it’s time to support the manufacturers who support the future of car culture and performance.

Times has changed in America. Subaru gave up, what a shame. The STI is a legend from the beginning to now along with the Lancer EVO. I don’t know how it’s doing abroad. Hopefully something will spark interest in this segment of the future generations of these legendary cars. I smile every time I see one! Tuned, exhaust, suspension. Good video

I absolutely love my outback and the dream affordable car is a 2014 sti hatchback but I am sad to see them leave

I owned a 2021 sti(brand new). It was the perfect car for me. A simple but pleasant interior( people always commented about the red seat belts) Enough power to have fun. On dry, wet or snowy roads (Canada). I did slightly cry every time i have to fill up but meh that is just how it is. I miss that car. Had to sell it due to family medical reasons. Sadly I dont think I’ll ever be able to own one again without paying more then msrp and even then someone else has already sat in her first. If you own a car that you love/enjoy hold onto it. Store it, hide it. Because in 20 years. I truly believe cars will be boring. unless you are willing to pay 150k plus.

I personally think that eventually there is going to be some law placed that restricts or even bans gas cars, which is honestly sad because as a part of Gen Z it's going to be more impossible to hear those euphoric sounds of a gas car. All because of "save the environment" stuff.

My dream cars are a Volvo 240 Wagon, 2022 Acura NSX S, and Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, but it feels like I'll never even get the chance to drive any of them with the way things are going

I have a 2019 STI that is still not heavily modified and under 20, 000 Miles. I can't wait to see the value sky rocket.

i have a bug eye wrx and literally every time i bring it out i get compliments. Subaru was amazing in the early 2000s, & has catered a lot to the car community over the years, they need to see their sales plummet, so they can understand we don't like the path they've chosen. especially with the last one they just released its horrible
