This isn't right, light isn't the setter of the speed limit, it just reaches that speed limit. Light is the one who goes as fast as possible, not the one who decides how fast is possible.

A light beam travels slower in water than it does in vacuum.
At 1:06 you mention that light speed is a constant, equal to all observers, which is true, but you imply that, contrary to light, sound speed depends on the density of the medium it travels. This is true for light as well as it is for sound.

Why would talking with someone be so slow if we are like 1 meter away if the light travels at 343 m/s... It wouldn't make a huge difference... And if light and speed switched places it doesn't mean we can't go to space because we can't reach the speed of light, they switched spaces so now we can't go ONLY faster than the sound...
