The title is clickbait, he gained the muscle this fast because he already had it, he lost a lot of it due to an injury so the muscle memory allowed him to recover faster, that's it folks for those who are confused

Interesting, you increased your bench by 15lbs every week for 12 weeks straight given that you never had an off week in terms of muscle fatigue. Obviously you did it but I doubt it was 3 months or you must’ve have been training bench already and you are underselling your minimum bench for the video.

I did from 70kg to 140kg in 3.5 months when i done it i was nah but then i realise watching others that was fast and then i started searching is there anyone on internet who done it faster and then i found you congrats man, i am also training 3 times a week and it is possible to proggres so fast i am barely takin creatine and protein powder... best regards
