That looked and sounded gnarly on the knees. I'm by no means an expert or even an amateur, but if its possible to do a parachute landing fall in that style of parachute you might be able to add a couple more years to your base jumping days.

No offense, but what is the fun in this? I understand the thrill of base jumping off something tall. This just seems dangerous for not much of a thrill. If your canopy opening is delayed by one second your probably going to really get hurt.

you cant open the parachute this low if you jump from an airplane because his acceleration here is at minimum before he does that
