After uploading 241 videos on YouTube, I've discovered that the main focus on YouTube isn't getting new subscribers or views or growing YouTube channel. It is all about growing YouTube as a business.

Great story, and I am happy to see you are satisfied. Being a YouTuber is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame -ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

I started my channel few months ago and it's amazing how it grew in few months. I say start a YouTube channel if you have something valuable to share to the world. Eventually YouTube will see the consistent message you are putting out there and once people will start noticing that it's a value to them, it will be distributed more. I wish everyone success, don't give up, be yourself, be authentic and share value 😊

I don’t like when people talk about whether or not starting a channel is “worth it”.

Start a channel if you have something to say. If you want to share your life, your opinions, your travels, or you want to teach something.

Start a channel be you want to. Not because you want to make money or become internet famous.

If you have a passion for a topic, you will have all the motivation that you need, and whether you gain thousands of subscribers or not shouldn’t even matter.

If you get monetized, great! If not, no big deal because that isn’t your goal.
