So, any tips or just build up the speed on the metronome little by little? Like, wrist movement/tension, focus more on accenting one note always at the start of a section. Anything really that could help.

Wow nice shredding, i assume pure altrnate picking is always down up down up etc, even when changing strings, i guess depending on the pattern played there can also be a hybrid/alternate picking, whereby when moving strings a sweeping is used to get to the next string and then the note is picked in the same direction as the sweep. all this is dependent on the fretting pattern being played and the number of notes played and the starting stroke, either up or down, anyways great stuff mister!
