30 year old mama of 4: Get woken up, carry a baby and toddler downstairs, make breakfast for everyone but myself, feed the baby, tidy up breakfast, get the youngest two dressed, set up toys for them to play while I make and eat my own breakfast, put baby down for a nap mid morning and then get myself ready very slowly in-between answering my toddlers demands. 😅
