As a cop I run into a lot of people who never met a parent or don't get on with their grandparents. Listening to how many of these gentlemen view those people as their role models, it's easy to see how a lack of that influence leads people down a dark path. For young men, family values is more than a catch-phrase; thanks to all the moms and dads out there making sure their children have a role model.
