Thanks for the tips. I personally use my channel as an art gallery or book shelf of my improvement in certain games. A way of seeing how I improved. That is why I don’t put much effort into my videos. I keep the videos public for the few people that do watch. This wasn’t my original plan but I just don’t have the time for editing or anything that could help. That’s why I think like this now.

I agree with the not overestimating the quality of content as even though one of my videos did better than usual, they clicked of when I hit an incorrect button, rather then I getting it correct the first time and then they don't have an excuse to leave, very useful tips, thank you :)

How to make good intro? I've started to cut intro to make as short as possible and started intro from question, but still people drops video like hell :D

I stopped doing intros and I’m starting to dig into my analytics. I started taking notes on when people stop watching. I’m no longer doing to do those things that happened during the dips. No more plugging my channel either. Just straight content no outros. Hopefully it helps

I think 3 and 2 describe my problem pretty well. Not only is my content terribly inconsistent, but the intro's kind if bland. I'm going to try doing voice overs in my videos from now on to make it easier to edit.
