Are you getting enough exercise: The topic was given me inspiration to build a daily exercise routine. I have a sedentary lifestyle, which means I sit a long hour during a day. Therefore, I I would take the stairs instead of the lift Also, I have learnt some new vocabularies. Such as, vigorous exercise, brisk walking, sedentary lifestyle, build something, saunter, incrementally.Thank for BBC learning English's team.
