Brand new Echo 620 SX borrowed from my usual seller, to run it against my 560 XP.

Echo CS 620 SX - Tsumura/echo 17"bar - Oregon 3/8" LPX Full chisel - 7' sprocket.

Husqvarna 560 XP - Oregon Power Match 18"bar - Oregon 3/8" LPX Full chisel - 7' sprocket.

Wood is hard mountain beech.

I recently bought an echo, it's a great saw solid and never gives me any trouble.
Also the reviews on echo are always excellent I will take the echo anyday.

With a 50cm (20") bar, in oak/beech trunk wood, the Echo 621 narrowly wins against the 560XP. The Echo also wins on the topic of reliability/durability. However, when it comes to handling, the 560 XP is in a class of its own.
I like the Echo. It doesn't scream terribly loudly and reminds me a lot of my Stihl 041.

If I'm not running a old McCulloch I'm running my echo. Best bang for the buck in modern saws hands down.

I just bought a 620P had doubts about it at first but after about a gal of gas through it it starts easy and runs almost as fast as my dolmar 6400 I couldn't believe that when I saw it.

Just like anything else, it's all personal preference, myself I like any saw that runs and is sharp.

I feel like listening to both saws the Echo stayed pretty consistent with its throttle response.

Indeed, the Husky IS faster, it is a fact. It is also more compact and handy.

The Echo is also a great saw, I was able to try it again, and it has more low-end torque that the husky. It is especially widely better than the CS 600 and CS 610.

But the size difference between the 2 saws is too big for now.

Echo 10.2, Husky 8.9?
but both kinda sound the same while cutting... while cheaper echos sound a lot better than cheaper Huskys....

Echo cut the biggest end of log. The echo did not bog. Echo is a better saw.

Echo all the way. Half the price. And the same or possibly better quality. Echo might not rev as high but it's built for the long haul and lots of low end grunt. Oh half the price.

Those are all good saws. The echo is heavier. Very much so.

Echo did good against Huskys best as it's not broke in yet and the wood was getting smaller with each cut

Is that frozen or something? Both saws appear to have dull chains, I know videos can be deceiving however...

The reason I said shindaiwa 600sx its the same saw as echo 620p all specs are online. About 4.5hp Low and high speed screws settings are there too. Low is 1&5/8 High 5/8 Sounds backwards but I checked mine and echos arent coming from factory lean. If so it about 1/16 of a turn. Use 40:1 on first tank or two then do what u want. If you take limiters off carb screws leave them off WARRANTY is just a word in the dictionary!!
