My friend and I were watching @selenagomez + Chef, and they shared this amazing ham recipe 🥰 Roasted ham meets the bold, smoky flavors of salsa macha – an unforgettable combo for any feast! 😋 We tried it, loved it, and now I’m sharing it with you.
Inspired by the incredible Claudette Zepeda!

ROASTED HAM WITH SALSA MACHA INGREDIENTS:
For the salsa macha:
► 3 cups avocado oil
► 8 chile anchos
► 4 chiles de arbol
► 1/2 white onion
► 6 sliced garlic cloves
► 1/2 cup peanuts
► Some salt
► 1 1/2 cups of honey
For the ham
► 8 lb. ham
► Some sesame seeds

375° por 10 minutos por libra que pese el jamon.
][cuando pase el tiempo segun su peso.
Se saca, se le agrega salsa macha, aumentas a
425° el horno y lo horneas sin cubrir por 20 minutos mas.
