James vs Ramos HIGHLIGHTS: PBC on FS1 - April 13, 2018

Jamal James battled Abel Ramos in a 10-round welterweight bout live from The Armory in Minneapolis, MN, on April 13, 2018. This fight was broadcast live on FS1 as part of the Premier Boxing Champions series.

James, who hails from Minneapolis, applied pressure right out of the gate in round one and quickly took control of the fight.

In round two, James got into a bit of trouble when Ramos landed a hard left hook that shook James. James fell to the canvas shortly after, but the referee ruled it a push. James quickly recovered and the fight pressed on.

There was no shortage of back-and-forth action throughout the rest of the fight, however, after ten action-packed rounds, the judges awarded James with a majority decision. His record improves to 23-1 with 10 KOs.

They robbed the mexican guy at the very least it was a draw. The mexican dominated the 2nd half of the fight and that was a knock down in round 2.
