PROS: you feel an adult, you got a little bit more of liberty, you got benefits for be an employer, it's good for your first job, you can learn from your mistakes.
CONS:you probably stay with childrens, meet new people.

Some cons probably can be you dont have much time to spend on yourself and some pros are you will be great in this job and you can find things you are good at
