CONS OF STUDYING IN USA:

Well. USA can be one of the best places to embark a successful career. But here are some cons, you which are advisable to be overlooked.

1. Lack of job security:
Firstly, there is no guarantee of obtaining a job post studies. Various factors such as the current economic performance, your education field, the University reputation, your job searching skills, personality, communication skills, emotional quotient, knowledge, and experiences determine whether you will get a job in the US. Also, if you don’t have a PR/green card, they you will always have to work on contract basis. there is a high decline in the USA for providing a stable job, for foreign students, due to unfriendly political scenarios.

2. Complicated PR:
The skill-based PR system of US, makes it more difficult for non-STEM students. Only those jobs which lie in NOC code A, B are easy to get PR. However, if you belong to healthcare sector, you have to qualify license for secure jobs and green card.

3. Cost of living:
According to a survey, reported in 2020 per semester cost of living for a student is 18,000 USD. High cost of living, makes it difficult to manage your expenses.

4. High tuition fees:
Finances can be a major concern when it comes to paying your tuition fees. Both public and private universities, have an average of 23-30L INR per year. However, you can always opt for scholarships according to your abilities in academics and sports.

Usa has best job security compared to canada and other common wealth countries .

Job security in US is more than anywhere in the world. Specially better than india considering most of job providers in india are US based MNCs

Gotta disagree with his list. US has one of the highest job salaries in the world DEPENDING on what you do and where you live. They also have a good job security rate, like someone else in the comment said that most job providers in India are US MNCs.

Not to mention quality of life is also higher in the US than it is in India. I love India don't get me wrong but literally every single person I know who's gone to the US has been living a much better and fulfilling life in the US than they ever were in India.

The only pros are high salary and American universities are well accredited as best (that's cuz Americans own everything including the university ranking websites)

There are cheap universities in USA like CSU's suny Buffalo, stony Brook, usf, baruch and some more are there

I think the total cost for a cs 1 crores, most people paying that much from rich business class families who don't want to join their business and want a chill life as a sde in big tech companies.
