Announcing the KnowU™, Know Labs' wearable non-invasive continuous glucose monitor (CGM). The KnowU incorporates the sensor the Company plans to submit to the FDA for clearance. This proprietary radio-frequency (RF) dielectric sensor has been tested and proven stable and accurate in a lab setting and is now miniaturized and wearable. The KnowU can be worn with an adhesive, allowing the user to clip the sensor on and off or on the wrist or forearm with a strap. The device, which is significantly smaller and lighter than the prototype, includes on-board computing power and built-in machine learning capabilities. The KnowU is designed to optimize the customer experience – expected to last for years, eliminate costly disposables, have a rechargeable battery, and connect with an easy-to-use companion mobile app.

Know Labs, Inc. is headed in the right direction. As a Type 1 for 58 years, I've seen the improvements in medicine and technology. The key to success for KnowU will be further miniaturization, partnering with the insulin pump market (Insulet, Tandem, Medtronic, etc.) to be part of today’s available “closed loop” systems, a strategy to educate and market internationally and to the U.S., and continued ongoing development. Nothing here. Know Labs, Inc. doesn’t already know, but I look forward to the FDA approval and product release date.

It is awesome, but I guess they still don't have the algorithm finalized for FDA trials. Miniaturization looks like it has been a problem and I don't think the accuracy is quite there yet. But they are making progress. This is not an easy task. Good work.

If this is not a joke, then this could revolutionise not just living with diabetes, but also in preventing type 2 diabetes for people with eating disorders. I don't have diabetes, but I definitely get one if it will be available in Switzerland/EU.

This is pretty exciting for me. I currently use the Dexcom G6 (and have used the G5 and the Freestyle Libre in the past) and have a horrible allergic reaction to the adhesive they use on them. I have to line the bottom adhesive with HyTape or else I literally cannot wear them. It's not a deal breaker but it takes a lot of extra time to cut the tape and apply it to the sensor every time I need to change it. Fingers crossed this really works and gets brought to market!!

When will it be available for the public? If you need testers I am volunteering for the cause.

You specifically mentioned accessibility... Were you talking about price accessibility, or say making sure it is accessible for blind people to use? Hoping the latter.

I am not familiar with the KnowU. Currently, I am using the Freestyle Libre 2. I am volunteering for a trail of the KnowU. Thank you.

Will expect this to proliferate into watches and rings.
When can we expect to use this in global markets

Show me the test with the accuracy percentage and I'll definitely take it. But honestly putting on a libre is no big deal

Will this arm band format be available only after FDA approval? They were and probably still working on a wrist band format. So exciting!
