I like that. A lot. Ok how does one connect an in ear amp to that mixer? Is the amp ( Behringer P1) needed?

I’m trying to setup something like this but having a lot of troubles with the signals coming in from the main mix. I have a 3.5mm to trs adapter to get the click from my metronome app on my phone going into 1 of the lines on my mixer. The other line on my mixer is fed from the sound guy (which is from the “phone” line of the main mixer- not sure if this is the issue). I have my in- ears coming out from the “phone” line on my mixer (I have a 1/4” adapter for this- not sure if the adapter should be mono or stereo). The issue I’m having is the signal coming in from the sound guy is unstable, it’s loud and soft depending on how I turn the 1/4” adapter of my in-ears. My guess is the feed line from the sound guy is not supposed to come out from the “phone” line on the main mix or my 1/4” adapter is supposed only to be mono. Can you tell what the issue is please?

Dumb question maybe but why do you need to hear your own kick?

Rather than just running a seperate mic for the kick, why not just run a splitter from the same mic ?
