Here’s what you’ll need for Tip #1:
• 3 types of desired protein
• Seasoning for each protein
• Baking tray
• Aluminum foil

Follow these steps to prep your kitchen for quick, delicious meals:

Step 1: Cover baking tray with tin aluminum foil.

Step 2: Use foil to create dividers for three separate areas.

Step 3: Season meat with your favorite seasoning and place between dividers.

Step 4: Place pan in oven and cook meat.

Here’s what you’ll need for Tip #2:
• Your favorite smoothie ingredients
• Blender
• Cupcake pan

Follow these steps to create quick and easy breakfasts for busy weekdays:

Step 1: Blend your favorite ingredients to create a large smoothie

Step 2: Pour smoothie into cupcake pan cups

Step 3: Place cupcake pan in freezer overnight
Step 4: Toss 2 or 3 frozen smoothie cups in blender for an easy breakfast-on-the-go.

Helpful Tip:
For an on-the-go breakfast, place 2 or 3 frozen smoothie cups in a shaker bottle, allow to thaw during your morning commute and enjoy.
