THE PROBLEM WITH THE HALO 1 REMAKE (WATCH IF UNSURE)

So, yesterday a REMAKE for Halo 1 got leaked - THE HALO CE REMAKE - and reactions were rather mixed. So, today, I want to address the problems with the Halo 1 Remake and try and address and quell them as best as I can. If you're unsure about the idea of a remake or have some specific concerns, this video is for you!

Right fellas, as someone who is *hypothetically* SUPER onboard with the Halo 1 Remake that leaked yesterday, I wanted to dedicate a video to quelling some of the main concerns I've seen people have about the game. 9:09 One correction here: Halo 2 was the first Halo game to use Havok. CE used an in-house physics engine that had an unofficial name called "Chucky Physics", named after Charlie Gough, an Engineerling Lead for Bungie. Havok is responsible for things like ragdolls which didn't exist in CE, as well as more advanced physics responses for crates and other scenery objects.

I know this may seem strange, but in my opinion, one of the things that makes Halo CE, well, Halo CE is the color palette.
If they do a new Halo CE with a different color palette, it would change the feel of the entire game.

Honestly… I just have no faith in them doing a faithful remake. I won’t even be cautiously optimistic, I just probably won’t even pay any more mind to it until it actually comes out.

One opportunity they could take that was almost in halo 5/was in odst. Is introducing optional flashbacks. So you can play halo ce as is with no extras. But have the option to find helmets like Jenkins of other marines or odsts to relive their perspectives of certain battles. And completing all of them will reward you with a bonus mission or 2 depicting the book events leading to halo 2.

Adding First Strike and other Halo media stuff to CE remake would honestly blow my mind dude, I really hope someone at the studio sees this and does just that!
