My personal favorite Sen. John Kennedy (La.) quote ever, " If you can't tell the difference between a peaceful protest and a riot...then you just tested positive for STUPID!" end quote.😅😅😅 ❤U John

Mr. Kennedy, I am a 77 year old vet. When I went in for my yearly physical at the VA. I was asked the exact same questions.. I refused to answer. If this is what the VA has now become, somebody needs to look into it.

Not only is this wrong at so many levels it's creepy as hell that they want those types of questions asked.

In 1976 I got my first full time job in Seattle, and in Seattle it was illegal for the employer to ask your creed, sexual preference, gender, or anything personal that didn't affect performance. The only thing the employer was legally allowed to ask was whether you were a veteran or a racial minority. Why has this government changed the law?

The idea that we work and our tax dollars are being taken from us to pay for this ridiculous bullshit blows my mind. Additionally thank you Senator Kennedy.

It is illegal to ask those questions during a job interview.

I have been an executive commercial Banker for over 35 years. This request to the small banking community is the exact opposite of how I have performed as a Banker my entire career . It’s a violation of one’s privacy, it’s illegal and inappropriate. I will retire early and not participate in this illegal collection of private data. Thank you Senator Kennedy.

I wish this guy would run for president, all I ever hear out of him is common sense, logical, clear thoughts. We need more like him. My heart bleeds for this country.

CFPB should only be asking for financial records period! Anything else is a violation of privacy!

THIS IS INFURIATING 😡😡😡😡😡 Thank you Senator Kennedy for bringing this to light. Dear people of the left: Are you awake yet? I’m a Republican voter and I will NEVER BE OK with taking away the rights of any human. It is NONE of the business of the government what we do as citizens (unless it’s breaking the law). I will fight like hell for your rights and my rights.

Dearest John~Please look into all the farmers that cannot get loans, even from small banks which require tractors, combines, plowing implements, even wife's teacher retirement to be held as collateral!!!! We are having to sell part of our farm just to make a crop.

Why is common sense illegal in the government? What an excellent question.

Boy this man Kennedy is such a realist and his commonsense is beyond realistic. We need more like him. Sad we don't.
