If it is already law..why is it not used? That seems to be a problem these days..laws are so ignored..lawlessness is the new norm.

Why do you think all of these people stay in their jobs as long as they possibly can? Because it's a really good gig, if you can get it

The only time politicians from any democracy are concerned about their constituents is when they need to win an election.

Can we all sign a petition to remove all the useless people? How can you remove those that never cared about the people? I can't believe the behavior of some of these adults.

I was denied food stamps several years ago when my young family desperately needed the help. I was working 2 jobs while my wife raised 2 very young daughters. I'm white. Guess my privilege kicked in.

There is no accountability as they take our money, compromise our way of life and laugh at us as we try to show them the error of their ways. Pray that the Lord will remove these corrupt arrogant people.

You know if Democrats oppose it, it must have been something good for the country

I work for a place that delivers groceries. Its shocking how many people receive free groceries, with 10+ acres, a 4 car garage, 2-4 brand new vehicles. Many were homes valued at over 1.3 million dollars. I would kill to have what they have, but here i am bringing them free groceries, punching out of work and buying my own, to go to an apartment i rent with a roommate. Its so defeating at the end of the day.

I once went to see if I could get food stamps.
(among other stupid exchanges I had that day)
DHS: Do have a vehicle.
Me: Yes.
DHS: How much do you owe on it?
Me: It's paid for.
DHS: You should sell it and buy food.
Me: How will I be able to get a Job without a vehicle?
DHS: We can't help you if you have assets.

Bottom line. They only want to "help" you if you are willing to be, eventually, totally dependent on them.
They don't want you to get a job, they want you to "look" for a job and be dependent on them.
In my experience, one of the first things an employer asks you is, do you have a car?
