If you ask about what I thought, it is actually a martian crater, not sure if we talk about Endevour. And if it is the one you can check the Opportunity mission for some on-ground images of the area.

I hear this fact in one of the documentary program about Saturn. The length of the rings is equivalent to the the space between the Earth and its moon.

Some of that is CGI ... you cant show a galaxy and a FG star moving in paralax without CGI or a faster than light camera. seeing as i suspect you dont have the latter, its CGI.

7000km to 80000km is a one dimensional distance; it is better to compare to another one dimensional distance rather than a two dimensional area. The earth's circumference is roughly 40000 km; a more useful comparison.

Saturn's ring size I have only seen once I do have a telescope.

Saturn's main rings extend from 7, 000 km to 80, 000 km above Saturn's equator. So there 73, 00 km or 45, 360 miles. That's roughly the land area of Ohio. There also only 500 feet thick or 152 meters. Isn't Wikipedia great?
