Some guys tried to kidnap my old Boss, while she was working the graveyard shift at the gas station I worked at; SHE told these guys that they had to kill her right there, because she wasn’t going ANYWHERE with them. They got spooked & left! She got lucky

Thank you for your focus on these hard working victims. So often the focus is on the assailant. My mother was a victim of a shooting and I personally very much appreciate the people who remember that the innocent are the important ones in such matters.

They so easily shoot and killed innocent people in such a cruel way yet one of them asks for a deal so he can avoid the death penalty. Seems so unfair .

I lived in Longview just down the road from Kilgore, and knew David Maxwell. His murder still upsets me. It was so damn unfair.

Lamont, again you have touched my soul. Sad ending for the five victims. Back in 1974 thru 1977. I also worked at a KFC. THREE BLACK MALES ROBBED THE STORE. MADE US GET ON THE FLOOR. MANAGER WAS HIT OVER THE HEAD AS HE OPEN UP THE SAFE. ANOTHER COOK WAS INSTRUCTED TO PULL THE PHONE WIRE FROM THE WALL. WE WERE LUCKY THEY LEFT WITH THE MONEY ONLY. THIS WAS IN CUYAHOGA FALLS OHIO. I FEEL SAD FOR THESE EMPLOYEES. REST IN PEACE FOREVER.

This is a good example of why in training for a gas station they told us, never go with a robber. They are usually not found alive.

Wow!! Your level of dedication to this is UNMATCHED!! I can’t believe u traveled all the way to Kilgore Texas. I work here in Kilgore and I know the exact spots u covered here. I was 2 years old when the murders happened and literally living 25 minutes away from Kilgore in small town called Longview Texas. This was amazing to see. Keep up the awesome job❤
