Could you make a test on the fellow stagg x pour over? I tend to get more clear and sweet coffee with that. Would be interested in your opinion on it 😀 cheerz and keep it going 👍

Great video! Have you tried cutting the Chemex paper filter in 4 and use it to brew with V60? Just curious.

hi Vince, very nice video and

i dont have chemex in my home T.T it's so pricey here and the filter were hard to be found and also pricey (+/- USD 10/box) compared with other filter (V60 was USD 3-4 for 100 pcs and Kalita 102 was USD 2-3 for 100 pcs)

Two things i didn't like is when you use chemex, you'll get clean taste but more body (CMIIW) and chemex is so huge (chemex 3 people version is vert different with the original one)

Would you say having a chemix in your collection is worth the money?

Bypass is just diluting after brewing? I haven’t seen others doing this.

There is an 8-10 version that looks exactly like the 6 cup. It’s old though

I acutally love the Chemex! I just recently got it, I've wanted to get it for so long because it looks so damn good, it's like a piece of art, but i've never done it because people talk so much shit about it online, And honestly, I love it, I don't really grind much more courser for it, only like 1-2 clicks on the comandante maybe, and I just let it brew a little longer, around 2 minutes with the single pour, I think the higher pour is helping me with my brews in some way, not sure how, but my brews are consistantly good with this brewer, maybe the lack of minerals in the soft icelandic water needs more agitation, who knows

Vincent, I for one do appreciate your loud intros. How do coffee drinkers not love that energy?

CHEMEX! - Do Not Buy
You are responsible for shipping to receive your package (approx $20) and if you have to exchange/return you are responsible to find a carrier of your choice and pay for shipping going back. When you call Chemex they never answer phone and you will be disconnected after few minutes . All contact is thru emails, if you get lucky .After getting your Chemex you will be spending hundreds of dollars bcuz you will need a Scale, Burr Grinder, Gooseneck Kettle, Filters coffee beans and after all that after brewing the coffee by the time you even finish your cup the coffee that is left in the carafe is COLD, and yes, you will have to buy another Gadget, a warmer to keep your coffee warm..
