This is a very good - straight to the point video... other videos have to much "chat" and "lingo" and it becomes confusing for a novice

I personal use a product line by CleanEdge. I'm located in PA. CleanEdge is in a huge amount of breweries in the PA area. I'd recommend looking them up.

You can rack right onto the foam of Starsan, you don't need to let the foam dry off.

My wine guy says when using sodium Metabisulfate that I DON'T rinse and the rinsing with tap water defeats the purpose of sanitizing. Also that the Sodium Meta won't screw up your brew. I would like to hear your response to that please.

you mentioned star-san, do all the same directions/rules apply to five star's Io-Star?

My country doesn't have star san i have baby sanitizer well it work the same ??

#1 Star-San is safe to rack on foam. "Don't Fear The Foam"
#2 Satr-San will haze up quickly, but can be used again and again. I do 2-3 Batches of beer per bucket. The pH is what matters since it is an acid based sanitizer.
