Please tell me, I’m downloading my own project, which was created earlier on a work PC. I download it to my home PC. I don't have this project connected to the database yet. I'm just installing composer install, and then I run the PHP server with php artisan serve. I'm getting a 500 SERVER ERROR. Why is that?

- league/mime-type-detection is locked to version 1.11.0 and an update of this package was not requested.
- league/mime-type-detection 1.11.0 requires ext-fileinfo * -> it is missing from your system. Install or enable PHP's fileinfo extension.
Problem 2
- nette/schema is locked to version v1.2.3 and an update of this package was not requested.
- nette/schema v1.2.3 requires php >=7.1 <8.3 -> your php version (8.3.11) does not satisfy that requirement.
Problem 3
- nette/utils is locked to version v4.0.0 and an update of this package was not requested.
