For Q37, the UPSC has possibly considered Finance Bill as Financial Bill and taken Statement 3 incorrect because joint sitting is not 'necessary' to be held; President MAY call for a joint sitting. That makes Statement 1 and 2 correct and Option B follows.

UPSC nowadays have become more arbitrary and insensitive towards students.few years ago, I awe the people who passed this exam, now I dont have that much admiration for them-because their success is hugely dependent on how lucky they were and not on how hardworking they were

It seems UPSC is legal scam . Every year such 3/4 Controversial questions which marks approx 10Marks difference for cutoff which is really huge. And Pair based questions r also not fair as one who thinks a b correct or who choose b c correct or who choose a d correct all will marks Only two as ans . In earlier time though 1 can eliminate options but that was through logical way not random. All students and Big Coachings should do something about it on urgent basis

There is no justification by any institute even after so called experienced sitting outside examination hall&by following resources couldn't even come close to upsc official key&now claim that we are the only institute who have done few errors, once think of students who are solving questions in exam pressure&trying to come to possible answer, dont play with emotions of students for the sake of your business!!💯

And Statement 3 is wrong: Because joint sitting is not "necessary"..it's upto President to call for Joint Sitting whether he want or not. In constitution there is mention of word"MAY" call for Joint Sitting (not-neccessary)

16:46 Answer Differs. Now sir is explaining. First of all this question is about mercury pollution not air pollution. (Mercury pollution can be related with air as well as water) UPSC ne twist Kiya hai statements. Or yeah log usko answer toh chodiye samaj bhi nahi pa rahe hai. There are clear set of standards as far as mercury presence in water. Safe level standard are there as far as water is concern.
Sir question ko bus air pollution k respect main interpret kar rahe hai. Yeah dikhata hai ki the present scenario of UPSC is unacademy need face not knowledge. I respect this teacher, par sir app acche se bata patte agar app deep understanding or Jayda padte hotte.

Question Inhe samaj nahi a raha hai, dosh UPSC ko de rahe hain.
