Section 304B in The Indian Penal Code
1[304B. Dowry death.—
(1) Where the death of a woman is caused by any burns or bodily injury or occurs otherwise than under normal circumstances within seven years of her marriage and it is shown that soon before her death she was subjected to cruelty or har­assment by her husband or any relative of her husband for, or in connection with, any demand for dowry, such death shall be called “dowry death”, and such husband or relative shall be deemed to have caused her death. Explanation.—For the purpose of this sub-section, “dowry” shall have the same meaning as in section 2 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (28 of 1961).
(2) Whoever commits dowry death shall be punished with imprison­ment for a term which shall not be less than seven years but which may extend to imprisonment for life.]

I wish there was an online procedure for name change.

There should be online portal. Students should upload their documents and verify. After verification name should be changed. Current procedure is so complicated. 😢

sir mere father ka surname 10th aur 12th k certificate me LOHAR hai jabki graduation, adhar card and other ducuments ke certificate me LOHRA sir LOHAR caste (OBC) CATEGORY me aata hai jabki LOHRA caste (ST) me sir mujhe kis category se caste certificate banana chahiye jharkhand se hu..aur online government job ki vacancy kis category se bharna chahiye taki ducuments verification ke time koi problem nhi ho ????🙏

My middle name is Missing in my 10th marksheet but all my other documents have my full name including 12th aadhar Pan graduation etc.

I also filled the ssc cgl form with my full name but it was written in the notification that you have to fill the form according to your 10th marsheet. But i filled with my full name which is absent in my 10th marksheet

So will i face any problem for the dv in ssc.

And what is the solution of this.

Koi seriously ni leta is issue ko....kind of harrasment hai regional offices Kisi ko koi frk ni pdta ....
