Pork in gelatin/Piftie de porc

For the preparation of the pork in gelatin we need the following ingredients:
- 4 feet of pork (2 kg.)
- 1 kg. leg of pork
- 0.5 kg. pork breast
- 1 kg. lean pork
- 3 pieces of garlic
- salt
