Jay saying Amad “looked okay” . Amad was literally the best player on the pitch in the first 45 minutes.

Mazroui is 2 footed, reckon he'll be left back while Shaw and Malacia are injured. Dalot more right footed so will continue at right back. Rashford had an OK game yesterday apart from the missed chances. He does need a better season otherwise Barrada will do his 2 season thing and go thanks but here's the door

It still doesn't feel like Mason Mount is a United player. It still feels like a completely random signing with no idea what his purpose to the team is.

Mazroui has played a lot at LB, part of the reason we’ve signed him. Hes likely to be cover in both positions and will start LB rather than Dalot.

Why would Amad not be the first choice? He was our best player in pre-season, and he deserves his place more than any of the others.

Joe is so level headed. Theres a lot of content creators on other channels that could learn from him.

I agree regards Rashford or Casemiro. Push Cas up to rotate with Mainoo and focus on bringing in two no.6 (Ugarte and Amrabat).

I know I'm in a small minority and it might be wishful thinking, but I don't think Casimero is finished. He wasn't fit last year and when he did play, he was asked to play out of position. If the defence pushes up and he doesn't have to cover so much ground, I think he'll suprise the doubters.

Casemiro isn't done he is just getting older and the team needs to do a better job of supporting him, he is still better than almost every replacement we've been linked to

I don’t mind starting rashorf because he is a player that needs the minutes to hit momentum but garnacho is a better impact player as you saw against city.

Rashford wasn’t bad at all yesterday, should have done better with the 2 chances of course but all round game was really good.. glad to see he’s getting in the positions to score the goals will flow soon

Casemiro had a fantastic game yesterday. Dribbled past once or twice and one or two bad passes but he offered the most defensively and one of the most offensively

I think we showed a lot of potential yesterday and we can hold our head up, as we are a work in progress. I’m looking forward to the new season to see what we can do. Bruno’s goal yesterday was brilliant just a shame it was offside. Rashford needs to get his confidence back. Garnacho is outstanding. It’s early days for this team but the future is looking good.

Don’t agree with the point on Amad. He should start.

Zirkzee will be eased into the team, he needs to get used to the team and how they want the team to play.

Am I the only one who feels you are being too harsh on Rashford. he missed two good chances, but he looked bright. Also at this stage of the season the performance is more important than the results. He is getting into really good positions and still looks a threat taking on defenders. I just feel like you guys would be singing a different tune if he was slightly luckier and the shot that hit the post had gone in.

Personally I think Casemiro is as good as he’s ever been. I think it’s the players he’s been playing with. He was never & out & out CDM & if we do bring in one, he will shine if paired with one because he likes to get forward & help. That safety around him with being the best out of him. He’s only 31.

You guys ever heard of rotation? I want Marcus to be subbed on sometimes and sometimes a start. We need to keep the runners fresh

Don’t forget thag that Y. Yoro can play as a left back, Mazraoui fit as a right back and de Ligt as a Centre back!!! So many options!!! World class!!💪💪

I think there’s a good chance our attack ends up looking much better compared to last season, based on the growth of some younger players, new signings, and hopefully the availability of recent signings. Like Joe said, there’s lots of different profiles and combinations that can be made out of what we’ve got, but more than that there’s actual competition to be part of the starting attack for Manchester United because of squad depth in that area which feels deeper than I can remember in a long while. Just need to keep building that depth in other areas.

Rashford overall looks good. It was only the season before last where he scored 30 goals. I can see him get 20-25 goals this season. We still need a defensive midfielder. Hopefully shaw comes back and stays injury-free. We played quite well against city, created chances, some good team-play. I think minimum we need to get top 4 this season. I think we'll get around 75 points, which should be enough to secure top 4.
