If your groceries don't nearly combust due to friction, the cashier is doing something wrong

Please film an actual German cashier in action

it's almost like Germany has their ultra fast cashiers to compensate for their trains

Wow - I‘m from Germany and I‘ve literally NEVER seen someone do it slow like that… holy moly… I‘d get crazy…

Literally I never feel prouder than when the cashier is throwing stuff at me and I immediately put it all away and already have my card out.

The real Vietnamese experience is haggling at the market while you sit on your motorbike with only one leg touching the ground

In Poland the super market is like a box of chocolate: You never know which cashier you'll get. 😉 It's either the laid-back slow-life one or the supersonic speed one. 😅

No because slow cashiers were literally a lifesaver during my childhood when my mom would make me go get something because she just remembered it while we were in line.

at least if you're mom leave you to go get something in the store you must be pretty chill

Did anyone see one of the money packets disappearing into the conveyer belt?

This is normal, in Malaysia sometimes I will chat with the cashier and ask how they are etc. 😂

I can totally relate to this since I live in Germany and go to Brazil to visit my relatives. The cashier in the supermarkets there seem to be much slower and the lines there are much longer, but people keep waiting patiently even if some of the cashiers take a short time to chit chat with the clients.

You even had the time to take out your phone and record it from the right angle. Says everything. 🤣

I live in Germany and I HATE cashiers who scan my stuff faster that Im able to properly bag them. More worse, your not even finished with bagging and they pile up the shopping goods of the next customer on top of my stuff

Did the cashier just took one package, scan it and put it back to the unscanned items? It sure looks like it lol

I can confirm reverse culture shock is REAL! I loved with my husband in Hungary for 2 years before having to return to the U.S. for papers after we got married, and I genuinely felt like a foreigner in a town I spent 12 years in 😂

So glad to be back in Hungary with my husband now tho! So I feel your struggles! That's why I love your channel! So relatable for me, it's comforting to know I'm not the only one who goes through stuff like this, living in a foreign country

When I was in the US (I'm German) I got so frustrated with slow cashiers that from some point on I just always used the self check out and I was a lot faster than everyone else :D
