Yor vs Loid is like Wonder Woman vs Batman. He can win with enough prep and great timing but in a straight brawl, you're still fighting a demigod with no kryptonite to exploit. At that point, his only option is to tire them.

You know guys, Loid isn’t Batman. He specializes in infiltration with combat skills as a bonus. Yor is beyond superhuman and it is literally her job to kill people, and she doesn’t even bother being sneaky. Yor is too quick and too strong for anybody to take down.

Yor wins, no question. She was an actual deadly threat to Loid while blackout drunk. While Loid's fighting abilities border on the superhuman, Yor is just beyond reason or logic. She was able to crash a speeding car with a kick and stopped a charging cow effortlessly. While Yor is delighted at Loid's fighting skills, he is downright terrified at her's.

I would think that their mastery of tennis is also intended to be an analogy to their fighting skills. While I would argue that Loid is probably better than Fiona based on their last match, they are clearly shown to be at similar levels. Yet despite all of her skill, it only took one strike for Fiona to realize that she stands absolutely no chance against Yor.

It also just makes sense for their characters and the story. Loid absolutely excels at almost everything, while Yor is mostly a clumsy insecure young woman. Fighting and specifically killing is her one speciality, it only makes sense, that her skills would surpass his in this area.

It's apparent that Loid is smarter but Yor is physically stronger and more adept at killing. Also Yor managed to enter the tailor shop without Loid sensing her presence.

Yor would win, let me explain it might not seem like she thinks about the future but in the fighting scene you can see she has a combo then goes into the same combo but adds something new to mess loid up this shows she does think about what she does before hand. Also yor is an assassin she has more fighting experience. And loid uses a gun and she uses a knife. But In a battle with no weapons yor would 100% win

I like how you say that she doesn't really think ahead much in the fight but literally when she was drunk and fighting him she literally adapted the fight And immediately started changing her attack a bit he had to push himself alot more to keep himself up against her and it was when she was drunk so she was trying but not fully
