Loid is a spy, while Yor is an assassin. They are very similar but one is smarter, while the other is stronger.

Yor can kill 2 people easily while loid could make those 2 people kill each other, that's the just how different their professions are.

This depends on the situation. Yor is an assassin. She's specialized at killing. But Loid's just a spy. And not all missions will need him to fight. A spy's job is to sneak in, disguise as someone, and acquire information.
If we're doing a stealth mission, Loid wins.
While if we're doing it by brute force, Yor wins.

It's like Batman vs Superman. In one on one confrontation especially unarmed Yor would end up killing him. With enough prep time Twilight could end her. Also Yor is immensely strong their difference is strength little compared to other characters because Twilight is also inhumanely strong, it's just that Yor makes him look weak. Also that weapons point should've gone to Twilight.

Loid is confirmed to be like 70 percent of Yor's strength by the author, so his ability to fight isn't totally dwarfed by Yor to an unimaginable degree. He can spar with her well enough but outright brawn for brawn, he will likely lose the fight. It would all come down to his on the spot strategies for dealing with Yor's physical power. He would have to not only focus on minimizing the damage she's dealing but also adapt to her fighting style, while avoiding many fatal attacks in the process.

Yor is tricky. We've seen her knock people out with one kick, kicked a speeding car into a street light, we've seen her fly through the air killing multiple armed men like It was nothing, she can kill very easily and quickly if she gets the opportunity, so it's all down to how she adapts in combat. Which so far....seems like second nature to her. She's managed to break through multiple layers of defense in her missions, in many different circumstances and defense positions. When it comes to on the spot methods of killing her targets, she's an instinctive force of nature. It wouldn't be impossible for Loid to work around, but it would be perilous for him by any means.

When it comes to strategy they're on relative footing in combat. Yor isn't someone Loid can just pick apart easily, but he is capable. Its instinct vs methodic in the mind game here, both can think quickly on the spot. All in all Yor would probably win, but I don't think anybody would want to see this match happen anyways, it would be too painful for us 😢

I think Loid will lose at first, but due to his great experience and high intelligence, he will be able to adapt to Yor's fighting style and find a way to win

Don’t forget that Yor has been fighting gunmen with just melee weapon. But with enough prep time, Loid might win.

Loid takes agility imo. A drunk yor got serious when she thought someone was kidnapping anya when loid dodged her kick and he was holding back as didnt want to hurt her.

It was stated if Loid was given his choice of weapons and prep time, the author doesn’t know who would win between him and Yor

So yeah in a completely random encounter Yor wins comfortably
