I'd say the same is true for Homeopathy, do checkout Rajiv Bajaj's Management Principles that he learnt from Homeopathy.

I disagree with you. I personally think it's your bias through which you are trying to justify the existence of vedic astrology, and not from a rationalistic point of view. I think a fallacy that you have made first of all, is assuming that the astrology's observations are empirically recorded. If, they were empirically recorded, then there should be some alpha that they give in predicting the "future". Jayant Naralikar sir has had a test on astrology with a relatively low threshold, to my knowledge, no astrologer has even gotten above 50% in that test. This test basically uploads a kundali of various individuals (and some additional info) and astrologers have to predict certain things about the individual. Note that, these "things" are yes/no questions. Surely, if astrology had merit they would at least score more than 50%?

Also another thing, You and I could make a set of observations may or may not be empirical, and then you could rattle the same arguments that you are making to our model. Sorry for being a bit harsh, I mean no malice.
