How to turn off the demo mode on Sony Bravia TV:

An easier way is by pressing the Home button on the side of the TV. While the tv is on and the banner is visible onscreen,
press the Home button for 5-6 seconds until you see "Demo Mode Off" on the screen.

I think exiting demo mode or shop mode in Bravia TV can also be don e by psssing and holding the CH/INPUT button on the back of the TV for some time.

To do this without a remote hold down the input button for 5-6 seconds and it will pop off with demo mode off in the bottom right
